Naruto Mythos TCG A New Era of Shinobi Card Battles

Naruto Mythos TCG is an upcoming trading card game set in the legendary world of Naruto. Developed by Cicaboom S.r.l., the game officially launches on September 30, 2025. The debut set, Konoha Shidō, explores the origins of Team 7 and the early history of the Hidden Leaf Village. The release will take place across Europe, the United Kingdom, Turkey, and the MENA region.

Gameplay Overview

Naruto Mythos TCG blends strategic gameplay, resource management, and mission-driven progression. Matches are played over four rounds, each beginning with the reveal of a Mission Card. Inspired by iconic moments from the anime, missions award Mission Points and introduce evolving challenges throughout the game.

Missions are ranked D, C, B, and A, increasing in intensity as the match progresses. This structure creates natural pacing and decisive endgame moments.

A core mechanic, Hidden, allows players to deploy ninjas face-down, enabling bluffing, deception, and tactical timing. Upgrades unlock signature techniques such as Kakashi’s Lightning Blade, activating powerful effects once their requirements are met.

Each character card features two key stats:

Chakra – the resource cost to play the card
Power – its strength during missions

Board control, positioning, and timing are essential. In close matches, ties can be resolved using the Edge Token, adding tension to critical moments.

Card Collection & Rarities

The card pool features iconic heroes, villains, clans, and summons from the Naruto universe. Confirmed characters include Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi, and legendary summons such as Gamabunta.

Cards are available in multiple rarities:

Common
Rare
Secret
Legendary

Each card’s abilities are closely tied to the character’s lore, offering strong thematic immersion for both collectors and competitive players.

Decks consist of 30 cards, allowing for fast matches, streamlined deckbuilding, and meaningful strategic choices. This makes the game accessible for newcomers while maintaining competitive depth.

Organized Play & Community

Naruto Mythos TCG launches with a fully developed Organized Play program. Stores will host pre-release events on launch day featuring exclusive promotional cards. Ongoing weekly events, regional qualifiers, and larger tournaments will support both casual and competitive play.
