How pre-orders work
Some products can be ordered before they come out. When you pre-order, you reserve a box from the stock we expect to receive.
From order to doorstep
You pre-order
You check out like any other order. The product page tells you it's a pre-order.
We wait for stock
Release dates come from the publisher and can move. We ship as soon as our stock arrives in the Netherlands.
We pack and ship
Your pre-order is packed by hand and sent the same way as every other order.
If something changes
Release dates and delivery estimates can change. Distributors also sometimes give shops fewer boxes than they ordered.
If your order is affected, we email you with an update and the options you have.
